Support Contracts

 

If a the Mac is critical to your business, then you're probably looking for a higher level of support, including a guaranteed response time. Our support contracts have been designed with this in mind, and are tailored specifically for you.

We offer a varying level of response time, depending on your needs. Typically, we offer a response time from 4 hours to the next day. It all depends on you and what you need. Because each contract is different, it's hard to detail all the options here.

Typically, you can expect the following from our Mac Support Contracts:

  • Initial free meeting to discuss your requirements.
  • Backup consultation - Is it being done? If so can we make it easier?
  • A prompt response to your request for help - Via phone or handsfree. (remote access)
  • Same day onsite support.
  • Speedy repairs, if your hardware is affected.
  • Loan equipment, should your Mac need to visit our workshop.
