Fixio Remote Support is a quick and easy way for us to help you from a distance.
You’ll be amazed how much we can fix without even being in the same room. Using our Remote Support software, we can offer help wherever you are, often within minutes.
One of our team of highly certified and super-friendly engineers will remotely take over your computer to sort your problem quickly and conveniently.
We charge £42.50 for 30 minutes (our minimum charge) of Remote Support. Our hourly Remote Support rate is £85.00 per hour. We’ll take your debit or credit card details in advance, and then charge you at the end of the call.
If you find you need to use our Remote Support service regularly and want an unlimited, guaranteed response, take a look at one of our monthly Support plans – a very cost effective solution offering you unlimited peace of mind.

How does it work?
Before we can help you we need you to download our remote support software. Once you have this downloaded and installed it’s all pretty straight forward.
Follow these steps.

Wait for Teamviewer to download to your computer. It should automatically open and present itself once done. If not you can more than likley find it in your downloads folder.
Double click and open the Teamviewer application. Allow Teamviewer to connect and open if alerted.
