We can help you from afar. Sometimes a visit to fix something that will only take us 15 minutes, when you're 15 miles away is daft! It's not cost effective for us and certainly not for you.
That's why we have come up with this completly new service.
Remote-Mac allows us to help Mac users all over the country, or even the world! All you need is an internet connection.
Some companies charge per minute for this sort of service, we don't. We charge on a per session basis no matter how long it takes us to fix the problem. We're that confident our support team can get you fixed and working again, quickly.
How does it all work..?

It's pretty simple.

Sometimes a visit maybe necessary.....
Remote-Mac is a great tool but it does have it's limitations and not all problems can be fixed this way. Therefore a visit may be required. If this is the case and we book an appointment to visit, we will deduct the cost of your remote session from your invoice.
That sounds fair to us.
