We will do our best to help you on the phone or via email but sometimes you can't beat a visit from one of our engineers to see exactly what's going on. If this is the case then typically we will get someone to you the same day. If things are busy then it may be the day after.
We visit you at your home or office - so there's no need to make a trip yourself. It's often easier to diagnose issues and see the problem at fault, when your Mac is in it's natural habitat.

How much does it cost to get an engineer onsite?
We don't charge a call out fee if you are in our service areas. Our hourly rate is £50.00 inc VAT and we round down to the nearest 15 minute block. So if we leave you at 3.37pm, we only bill you until 3.30pm. Most companies will round up to the nearest hour!
