We only use brand new genuine parts as used by Apple and take pride in our work. We always treat each machine as if it's our own and will clean both the inside and outside as part of the service. All of our repairs come with a return to base six month warranty. The process is simple:
1) Call or email us to discuss your requirements, and we'll issue you with a unique customer number.
2) Securely package your machine and send it using a tracked service to The Mac Man Ltd, 46 Quebec Street, Brighton, East Sussex, BN2 9UZ. You do not need to send us your power supply.
3) Once the machine has been received, we will carry out the repair or upgrade for you within 1-2 days and the machine will be sent back via 24 hour courier. Carriage is included in the price.
That's it! We will keep you updated during the whole process and email you tracking details once the machine has been shipped back. If you prefer, we can arrange a courier to come and collect from you. You will need a printer to use this service and there is an additional charge of £14.99. You can also come and drop the machine in to us in Brighton should you wish.
